On Thursday 13th March, Ospa welcomed a fantastic group of commercial property agents to Duart House for our first event of the year—an afternoon focused on innovation, insight, and what’s next for Ospa.

Spotlight on AI: Insights from Danny Quinn
A highlight of the afternoon was a compelling presentation from Danny Quinn, Managing Director of DataVita and National Cloud, and a leading voice in artificial intelligence. Danny offered a clear and practical look at how AI is evolving, where it’s heading, and—most importantly—how businesses can harness its potential in real-world ways.
His talk sparked great conversations among attendees, with many agents eager to explore how AI could shape both their own operations and the workplace experience for occupiers.
Looking ahead with Ospa
The event also provided an opportunity to share what’s coming up at Ospa in 2025 and beyond. With a strong first year behind us and plans for growth ahead, we’re excited to continue building on our commitment to flexibility, transparency, and sustainability in office space.
We were also pleased to welcome Stephen Lewis and Elliot Cumming from the team behind the successful letting of Aurora, HFD’s flagship city centre office development. After overseeing the refurbishment and full occupancy of the Glasgow landmark in 2024, Stephen and Elliot bring invaluable experience and insight to the next phase of Ospa’s evolution.
A successful start to 2025 events
The event marks the start of a new series of gatherings designed to strengthen relationships with agents, keep industry peers informed, and offer a behind-the-scenes look at Ospa’s growing portfolio. Judging by the positive feedback, it’s safe to say our first event was a great success.
